Free School Delivery: We deliver school supply kits in bulk directly to the school before the first day of school, as coordinated with your school’s representative.

Order Deadlines: To ensure your supply box arrives on campus prior to the first day of class, please submit your order by your school’s designated deadline.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All Sales Are Final: Because each supply box is tailored specifically to your school and grade-level supply list, all purchases are final and non-refundable. However, your satisfaction is our priority—if your box contains any damaged, defective, or missing items, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order or box distribution, and we will ship a free replacement immediately.
